To apply for this course, applicants aged 21 and over will require the following:
- ID/Passport
- Diploma (UK level 3- 60 credits or EU/Overseas high school diploma equivalent to UK level 3)
- Personal Statement
- Immigration status (Pre/settled status)

Applicants should have experience within a customer focused sector, showing at least 2 years of work experience. Applicants should be able to demonstrate key skills such as communication, time management, organisation and working within a team.

Applicant must meet the English Language requirements by taking one of our accepted English assessment test.
- GCSE Level English
- Functional Skills English Level 2 Maths & English
- Academic qualifications taught in English can also be accepted, such as GCSE English Language with a minimum grade C/4.
- NCFE Functional skills level 2
